About you

To place an order on our website you must be at least 18 years old and be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Our contract

When you place an order with us you will receive an email from us to say we have received it. This doesn’t mean that we have accepted your order.

You will not receive acceptance of your order until you receive an email to say your order has been dispatched: this is when our contract with you begins.

This contract refers only to items whose dispatch we have confirmed. If you are waiting for other items, their contract will begin upon their dispatch.

We offer one year's warranty on all of our products, and a lifetime of customer service.  If at any point you have questions or issues please get in touch and we will do our best to help. We consider recipe ideas, campsite suggestions and firelighting tips all within our line of duty, so don't hold back.

Consumer rights

Please note we do not offer refunds on ceramic work; all items are sold as seen. If you would like more information or photos/videos of a piece before placing an order please contact us and our team will be happy to oblige.

Import duty

If you place an order for delivery outside the UK, you might have to pay import tax or duties when it reaches its destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such duties or taxes. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, and we do not know how much they will be. It is best to contact your local customs office for this information before placing an order. It is up to you to make sure you comply with the laws and regulations of the country you are dispatching the items too. We will not be liable for any breach by you of such laws.

Written communication

The law requires that some of our communications with you has to be in writing. The best way to do this is via email. Placing an order with us means that you agree to us emailing you. However we will never sell or pass on your personal details.

Any personal information you supply to us will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. We will hold certain information about you to send you updates about your order and newsletters and promotions we think you might like. You will be able to opt out of these if you wish. Your details will never be passed to third parties.
