Shipping and Returns

Shipping within the UK

Orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked delivery. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. From the day your order is placed, your delivery should take no longer than 4-5 business days.

International Shipping 

We can ship internationally by arrangement; if you would like us to send an order to you outside of the UK please send us an email with your full delivery address and the piece(s) you would like to purchase. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages

 

Freya Bramble Carter Ceramics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Returns

All pieces are sold as seen; if you would like more information or photos/videos of a piece before placing an order please contact us and our team will be happy to oblige.
